Data Deletion Request

How to delete your Nolan Media account and have your personal information removed.

Last updated: August 12, 2026

You can ask Nolan Media to delete your account and the personal information associated with it at any time. You do not need to give a reason, and there is no charge.

What this page covers

This page applies to a Nolan Media account — the single sign-in used across Nolan Media applications, including Voidmail Pro, Divinio, MorphManager, and Little Roadside Stand. It applies whether you created that account with a password, with Google, or with Facebook.

It also applies to information you sent through the contact form on this website.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

Where an application offers account deletion in its own settings, that is the fastest route. Sign in, open your account or profile settings, and choose the option to delete your account. The request is processed automatically.

Not every Nolan Media application has this control yet. If you do not see it, use Option 2.

Option 2 — Email a request

Send an email to support@nolanmedia.cc with the subject line Data Deletion Request, and include:

  • The email address associated with your Nolan Media account
  • Which application or applications you used, if you know
  • Whether you signed in with Google, with Facebook, or with a password

Please send the request from the email address on the account where possible. If you cannot, we may need to ask you a question or two to confirm the account is yours before deleting anything — this is to stop someone else deleting your account.

What happens next

  • Your request is acknowledged by email within 7 days.
  • Deletion is completed within 30 days of the request being verified.
  • You receive a confirmation email once it is done.

What gets deleted

  • Your sign-in record in the Nolan Media identity system, including your account identifier, email address, and name
  • The link between your account and any Google or Facebook profile used to sign in
  • Your profile and application data held by the Nolan Media applications you used
  • Contact form messages you sent, on request

Deletion means the records are removed from the live systems. Encrypted backups roll off on their normal schedule and are fully replaced within 90 days; deleted data is not restored from a backup into a live system.

What may be kept

A small amount of information may be retained after deletion where the law requires it or where it does not identify you:

  • Records of paid work — invoices, payments, and related business records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
  • Server and security logs — routine logs used to keep the service running and to investigate abuse, kept for a limited period and then discarded.
  • Aggregated statistics — counts and totals that cannot be traced back to any individual.

If you signed in with Facebook

Removing the Nolan Media app from your Facebook settings stops Facebook sharing further information with us, but it does not by itself delete the information Nolan Media already holds. To have that deleted, make a request using Option 1 or Option 2 above.

To remove the app on Facebook: go to Settings & Privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites, find Nolan Media in the list, and choose Remove.

If you signed in with Google

The same applies. You can revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which stops further sharing, and then make a deletion request here to have the information already held removed.

Deleting some things but not others

If you would rather not delete the whole account — for example, you want one application's data removed but want to keep signing in elsewhere — say so in your email and it will be handled that way.
